Steve's Week 8 Rankings

16 ranked teams - Steve Dugas - records through Week 7
Ludke's Merry Men 5-2 Top 3 - 10 Weeks

We may look back and say this is the week that Ceedee Lamb saved the MM season. With half the team on BYE this coming week they were staring 4-4 in the face going into MNF. With more competition than expected in the AFC the MM couldn't afford to lose that game to the UCornn Huskers.

Snapdragons 5-2 Top 3 - 7 Weeks

Dragons just continue to punch the clock and get the job done. Buddies and Huskers are next before we get the NFC title preview when the Memphis Brothers come to town in week 10.

Memphis Brothers 5-2 Top 3 - 4 Weeks

Brothers get their Lions trio back and get right back into the win column. This team is unbeatable when McCaffrey is piling up TDs.

Asian Orangutangs 5-2 Top 5 - 16 Weeks

Most years the Tangs would be living in the top spot week in and week out. Jon is finding big games all over his roster. I still can't believe the 49ers traded the pick that ended up being Omar Cooper. They needed to stay put and draft him instead of letting the Jets get him.

Cuban Refugees 6-1 Top 5 - 2 Weeks

The magical start to the season continues. Aceto has to work the trade center and find some help even if he has to petition Jon to add draft picks deep into the 2030's to do so.

This Eaters team is really making some noise and we might be one year away from seeing what they can really do when they cash in all the draft capital they have (Mallards current #3 pick in 2027, Thugs #4, and Eaters #9). If Eaters are still fighting for a playoff spot or holding onto one look for them to use some of it.

Winning shootouts each week. Just imagine the ceiling of this team if 2025 early season Embuka joined the fun.

Not a whole lot standing in the way of the Beans and a playoff spot as we enter the second half of the season. Really just need to hold off the White Guys.

If this team can find another WR to hold things down as Germie Bernard develops the White Guys have what it takes to get back in the race and make a run in the NFC. Aceto should kick the tires on Evans, DJ Moore, and Pickens.

Bob is still coaching up the D for both teams as they are #1 and #3 in allowing the fewest points

No team facing more points on a weekly basis, Some better luck and if Herbert can come back from BYE a different player maybe the season won't be lost. Great joke from twitter this week, "Herbert going to pound some Beer(s) over the break"

Probably makes sense to see if Watson could bring back a few draft picks to expediate the rebuilding process.

I can't remember the last time Mike fielded a team that averaged under 40 points a game. I still expect him to shake this team up over the next month.

The Cokeheads weren't too happy with the dud Young and Coker had this past week.

Chickens have made a reservation for a table in the basement in November. Just waiting on the Llamas to drop them off there this coming week.

As the Jonathan Taylor trade watch enters week 3 the Colts are doing their best to tank his value by trading away his best offensive lineman and claiming that Taylor is unavailable. Lets hope for Chris' sake its just posturing.
