POWER RANKINGS - WEEK 12, 2006
Week
Year

1

Buddies 10-3

Have finally broken the stranglehold the Merry Men and Thugs have had over AFC West since its inception in 1999.

2

Chickens 9-4

Does it really matter who the quarterback is if LT is going to keep averaging 30 points a week?

3

Boys 7-5-1

Huge win for the Boys. The power rankings apologizes to you for all the abuse you took in the Darrell Jackson trade. They surprisingly have a tough game ahead in the Mallards.

4

Dragons 7-6

They might have trouble holding off the Big Boys for the division lead without Favre; at least the White Guys are on tap this weekend.

5

5
Mallards 7-6

With last week's teams ranked 4-9 all losing, the Mallards make a big jump. It's too bad they started the season 0-5 or they’d be thinking playoffs. Other than Mike’s teams, no one has been playing better.

6

1
Refugees 7-6

Much like the Beans, the early season magic is gone. If they win this week's game against the Bear #$%@ they will win the division because of the lead they have in points for.

7

4
Beans 8-5

A win this weekend and a Big Boys loss would send the Beans to the playoffs and might just be the medicine Bobby needs; his teams have driven him to the edge this year.

8

2
Thugs 7-6

Spots 8-14 should probably just be ranked alphabetically; Sansone doesn’t think this squad can break 30 again the rest of the season.

9

2
Merry Men 5-7-1

Dillon and LJ always have good days against the Merry Men. Ludke’s squad controls own destiny - win their last two games and they make playoffs for the 3rd straight year. Romo vs Kitna on Turkey Day!

10

2
Huskers 6-6-1

Completely choked against big brother and have virtually no chance at playoffs. The Manning .500 curse lives on.

11

2
Poop 6-7

Chad Johnson and Tom Brady accounted for 48 out of 52 points scored in Week 11; if these two are on, then look out....otherwise they are very beatable.

12

3
Brothers 6-6-1

LT eliminates another team. Playing for pride now...

13

1
Eaters 7-6

Seriously, how are they still hanging around? If they win this weekend I might take a hiatus from football like Bobby.

14

Llamas 5-8

Took themselves out of contention for the Stupor Bowl by blowing the Refugees out of the water. If not for point differential, they would still probably have shot at winning the division.

15

White Guys 3-10

They made it close on Monday night; now if they lose in the Stupor Bowl, that would be the biggest upset of the year.

16

Orangutangs 2-11

Commissioner Kinsman seen driving neighbor’s lawnmower around backyard drunk and wearing just shoes and socks after another ‘Tangs loss.
