Kamara Ready

Coming off a season where he scored 132 points (including 15 touchdowns) in just his second year, it looked like the sky was the limit for Alvin Kamara in 2019. However, a nagging injury limited his production to 46 point and only 2 scores as the Orangutangs narrowly missed out on the playoffs.

Three weeks into the 2020 campaign, it looks like the old Kamara is back.

Kamara scored twice (his third straight game with 2 TDs) and Dak Prescott added 23 points as the Orangutangs downed the Refugees in a pivotal AFC East showdown. The Refugees were led yet again by Josh Allen, who continued his breakout season with his finest performance to date (5 touchdowns and 34 points) but it wasn't enough.

Through three weeks of divisional play, the Refugees still have a slight points advantage in what is shaping up to be a year-long battle. The two teams will meet again in Week 12 with a possible division title on the line.

Elsewhere around the league, the Huskers defeated the Chickens in another early divisional showdown as Russell Wilson continued his superlative play, tossing 5 touchdowns to keep the Huskers undefeated, the Mallards outlasted Lamar Jackson, Nick Boyle(?) and the White Guys on Monday night to claim a slim 1-point victory, and despite a sluggish start, the defending champion Buddies stepped on the gas thanks to 5 touchdowns from Patrick Mahomes to down the Thugs and remain undefeated.
