Postcards from Camp

Summary

2013 could not have gone any worse for Thugs Owner Bobby Sansone. His two teams combined only won more games than two other teams (Mallards, Poop). After flipping his two first rounders for Arian Foster, everything instantly fell apart. A fan base that could be getting excited to watch Montee Ball and Corradelle Patterson break out will instead be forced to keep tabs on Foster updates on Rotoworld. The Thugs did have two positive developments - Mike Floyd emerged as a star WR and Joique Bell had everyone wondering why in the world the Mallards cut him.

Ron Swanson and Andrew Luck Any quarterback that scores under 120 points is a kicker, and kickers are pointless

Critical Question

Will the Thugs be able to keep up with the other teams in their division? It will be tough as each team looks like it has improved, so the Thugs might not make it out of the basement this year.

Player to Watch

Andrew Luck, QB (IND) - The Thugs need the OC of the Colts to get away from the run game and become more of a passing team. Luck is just waiting to join the NFL Elite. If Luck can make the jump to 32+ TD passer, the Thugs could start pushing to move up in the standings.

Lineup

Andrew Luck, Arian Foster, Joique Bell, Mike Floyd, Dwayne Bowe, Jared Cook, Ryan Succup, #1 Draft Pick

Outlook

The Thugs certainly have their work cut out for them. They have entertained trading down in the draft, but it might be too hard to pass up having the pick of the litter in a very talented draft class. Ultimately, I think they settle on Brandin Cooks, who is emerging as a lock to be drafted top 2.

Projections

6-7; 555 Points; 4th AFC West
